One year! Wow! A lot has happened in the year we have been here. We are trying to enjoy it all and staying way too busy. I realized today at church that we arrived on island the same day in 1847 that the Pioneer's arrived in Salt Lake Valley. Now we have to reasons 2 celebrate, does that mean I can eat 2 pieces of Cheesecake?
